5. You agree not to send mass mail (spam) with content related to your website to random addresses.

 

6. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates the Terms of Service from your account without prior notice. We do not allow hacker sites, adult sites and any mp3 files, shareware/freeware and other programs and sites under point 4.

 

7. You agree to protect your passwords and other confidential information relating to your account and to notify us immediately in the event of unauthorized or suspected access to your account.

 

8. We strive to take good care of the pages hosted on our leased server as long as you have a leased maintenance package, but we cannot guarantee unauthorized interventions and hacker attacks, nor are we responsible for unreceived e-mails or e-mail server errors .
If you have not rented any of the maintenance packages, it is not our duty to maintain the website for free!

 

9. We will do our best to keep the service running smoothly, but we cannot guarantee continuous operation of the services or the server.

 

10. We reserve the right to terminate the Services at any time without notice. In the event that the interruption will last more than 2 days, you will be notified.

 

11. The Service to be assigned to you is non-transferable and may not be used by anyone other than you. Only one server login is allowed at a time. In the case of a large number of accounts, you are limited to one system login. In the event that we discover that your account has been transferred to a third party, we reserve the right to terminate your account without prior notice.

 

12. You will always be able to read changes in the terms of business on our pages, we will not inform users about this separately.

 

13. We reserve the right to change the prices of services published on our pages at any time.

 

14. Hosting payment is made for a period of one year. When the specified period for which you have paid for the service expires, it is necessary to re-pay in advance for a period of one year, which we will inform you about via email.

 

15. Payment for website maintenance is made as agreed (quarterly, semi-annually or annually). When the specified period for which you have paid for the service expires, an advance payment is required again for the period for which there is an agreement, which we will inform you about via email.

 

16. All payments must be in EUR through our TRR.

 

17. We reserve the right to terminate the service 8 days after the end of the payment period, if we do not receive payment or at least a confirmation that the service has been extended - paid for.

 

18. If we do not receive payment 8 days after the end of the payment period, we may delete the website without warning.

 

19. In the event that you violate any point of business, we can immediately terminate your website and remove all data without prior notice and without refund.

 

20. In the case of blocking the service, the price for reactivating the blocked service is EUR 30.00 per service.

 

21. For a better performance of the service, the server used is leased through cloudways.com (Location: England)

 

22. In case of non-payment of domain or hosting and consequent inactivity on the server, the page is automatically deleted. To restart, it is necessary to pay for the creation of the website again.

 

23. Hosting websites with other providers must be announced before creation, as the page must be created differently.

 

24. For the subsequent transfer of the website to other hosting providers, it is necessary to rearrange some elements, which is subject to an additional charge depending on the number of elements.

 

25. In no case will we pass on the personal data you entrust to us to third parties who have no direct connection with our business, except in the case of abuse, criminal acts and other violations of the law.

 

26. You agree that we may periodically notify you with information directly related to our services.
